okay this is the part of dieting that i hate, i was good this week, although i didn't get very much exercise in and i had a 0.4 gain, you know i can except staying the same but having a gain of any kind just sucks! my scale did show a loss(not a lot but a little anyway)so then i wonder how accurate are their scales, but then again i think okay your just making excuses why i couldn't possibly have gained. i suppose i will have to just take it in stride and suck it up. it's just that when your trying so hard to do well, things don't always go the way you want. maybe i'll have better luck this week.
191.2 lb Lost so far: 45.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

Scales are evil! I've had many weeks where I should have shown a loss but instead showed a gain. And it never seems to want to work in reverse. So unfair! I'm sure it will even out with another week of staying on track. Don't lose heart!

Sometimes things we do this week, dont show up till next week. Gains happen to everyone, even when we do everything right. Just keep going and you may be surprised next week.
