At our house the kitchen closes after an early supper. I allow myself a stevia zero calorie soda in the evenings to stave off the noshies.

here are a few trick that help me. Polish your nails, take a bath, or go to bed! I have also trained myself to not eat in my bedroom. Hope this helps!

Have 2 cups of plain popcorn and a warm drink before you go to bed - since I do the same thing some times... I wake up and I feel famished - so I eat something - Someone else ( I cannot remember who it was) stated - Before you eat anything drink 2 glasses of water - That helps.

I plan for 1 slice of diet bread and 1/2 egg to keep the hunger at bay.

『Tips on how to suppress your appetite』 One of the causes of hunger is related to blood sugar levels. Hunger is more likely to occur when the blood glucose level goes down after it has risen. Personally, I recommend that you increase the percentage of "Low Glycemic Index foods" in your daily diet. and Eat lots of fiber-rich vegetables. Increase the amount of water you drink in a day by 1L to 2L more than usual. And this is the easiest and most important thing to do. 🌟Increase the number of times you chew when you eat.🌟 As long as we are alive, we all have the feeling of hunger. The important thing is to get used to the feeling of hunger. You will be able to control your hunger. Together, let's enjoy the feeling of hunger.✨ ▽<|b✨

Begin drinking 12 eight-oz glasses/cups of h2o and you won't have room for munching late at night. 4 glasses/cups for breakfast as well as lunch and dinner too. Also, if you're going to munch, make it healthy;apples, nuts, salad, veggies, sugar-free/fat-free desserts, etc. Have fun, stay happy, and always make awesomely-lovely choices....YOu are what you eat. =)

everybody is afraid to eat at night. I don't get it. add an additional meal plan at the end of the day that fits into your calories. this way you get you late night snack and don't go over what calories you have. just bcus the sun goes down doesn't mean our bodies stop processing food. if you're within you calorie goal it won't matter. stop torturing your self and be smart about it.

I hear you! I love the late night snacking too! Try low fat popcorn, green tea 🍵 watermelon 🍉, cucumbers 🥒, pickles or keto crackers.

Eat small meals - more often - I started with 1,000 calories broken into 6 meals per day - 166 each - and by the end of each day - I often found myself trying to eat something for 166 calories before ... midnight - I had to hurry. I did nothing but eat.
