I was really worried about weighing in this morning. I didnt eat the greatest Saturday, and last night I ate a nutella sandwich at 800 b/c Im doing a fasting blood test this morning at 830. im used to eating breakfast at 430, so i knew i'd be starving by 830! Here's to hoping this week goes better than last *clink* !!
