I'm soooo happy! I was really starting to feel discouraged. The scale actually went up to 199.8 for most of the week and no matter what I did it just woudln't go away. Some how I did it though! I weighed myself 3 times because I was so shocked. I'm so happy! This gives me the motivation I needed to keep fighting for my goal!
197.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 67.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Even though it's hard, try not to let the scale dictate your emotions. You can stay the same weight for 2 weeks and then drop 6 pounds. Our bodies work in strange ways. If you are following plan and exercising, you will eventually see results (even though you don't always see them when you want to). The scale lies sometimes and goes up even if we do everything right (sodium, exercise, medications, stress, etc.). So congrats on the loss. You are doing great!
