Thanks for the suggestions. I will try to compensate more with exercise and water, I may try journaling.
Re: more sleep. It's tough. I already had trouble getting sleep before and now I'm going through a rough divorce and custody situation that just has me up and down all night but I will try!

With that much stress in your life, the stakes are high. You are fighting for your sanity, your future and your health. Be your own champion and don't let it take you down; you deserve to master your eating. Eat very high protein. It will help you with the binges. Avoid sugar and processed foods; they will lower your resistance and overall well-being. Sending warm wishes for getting through this with strength and courage!

Hello. Yes just make a lot of veggie stew. When hungry measure out a few cups. It will be really low cal. I find eating those low calorie low salt soups help me with stress. Or a cup of tea.

So sorry that you are having a tough time. I like to play with my dog or take him for a walk. I will go for a swim too. Hope that you have a better day today!

Sorry you are going through this, but know that something better is going to come your way. I have been there too and overeating didn’t help. I had to remove the unhealthy foods from my grocery cart, stop ordering in take out, and meal prep. Stay consistent and exercise when sad or angry. Don’t let one bad day roll into many. My life is great now and my ex is still shocked at how well I have done without him. All the best.

Sleep ideas: * pink noise - there is a youtube sleep sound videos of washing machines that work well * warm cocoa (use sugarless syrup to keep it low calorie) or tea before sleep *give yourself a bedtime *rub lotion on your feet and put on cozy fluffy sox * stop fluids an hour before bed. Sweet dreams. Not getting sleep will allow stress to cycle higher, and higher stress leads to poorer sleep. Time to break the cycle. Sorry you have so much on your plate.
