Not good hopefully just bloating and water weight from my monthly visitor😒😑 and the fact that I been eating over 2,000 calories for the last 2 wks ugh🤐🤐🤐
154.8 lb Lost so far: 93.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It happens to everyone....the calorie part, obviously. So don't worry about it. The only thing you can change is what you'll do now and tomorrow. Hang in there. Hurdles are exactly what they are....hurdles. Get over it, around it, under it, kick it down, doesn't matter as long as you pass it. Then look back at all the hurdles you over came! Keep working, you got it!!

You're right I usually don't log in weight gains but this time I think I need to hold myself accountable for it and stop it now before is too late and I get into my bad eating habits again

You’ve had a really tough few weeks. I sincerely hope and pray things are getting better for you and slowing down a bit. Once you are back on track, your weight should come back down pretty quickly🙂

Yes I think it is stress eating as usual it's hard for me to not over eat when in high stress.

That’s how I felt these last couple of days but then Joe told me something inspiring so now I had to review what I did differently today from last week. I was so looking forward to reach my goal, but I would not let it dictate my day. #Embrace Progress Not perfection 💪🏼
