Morning weight, assuming that is the best time. Since starting the DASH diet I have lost 7 lbs. Not by not eating, actually eating more now then ever. Better choices, no sugary drinks which was my biggest downfall.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1665 kcal Fat: 48.35g | Prot: 67.07g | Carb: 248.66g.   Breakfast: Country Crock Spreadable Regular Soft Margarine, 1% Fat Milk, Minute Maid 100% Orange Juice, Sugar, Cinnamon, Raisins, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), Granulated Sugar, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream (Half & Half, Fat Free). Lunch: Evian Spring Water, Wheat or Cracked Wheat Roll, Tomatoes, Jason's Deli Sliced Avocado, Poached Egg. Dinner: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Cheese Pizza. Snacks/Other: Nut Mixture with Dried Fruit and Seeds, Nonfat Frozen Yogurt (Flavors Other Than Chocolate), Society Hill Wasabi Peas, Bananas. more...
