Peak flow 400 (inching up!). Remembered to weigh in on computer to check in on challenges. Sunday is going to be my official day off from tracking until further evaluation shows if thats a bad idea or not ;-) Will still be my challenge check in day and weigh in like normal.

158.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You'll do great! Good news on the lungs too! I have asthma not sure if its anything similar to your issues but I know what it feels like to have your lungs restrict you.
