198 !! At this rate, I'm losing a pound a week. Waking up in the morning, so long as I get to bed in time, seems to almost be routine now and it is becoming easier. Little occasional knee pain, but much less overall and less cracking. Strengthing, stretching & losing weight is helping.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
