Took yesterday off from the gym because my feet said no and needed a rest, so I did NOT expect this kind of drop this morning. Did a fasted 700 cal elliptical workout, just melting off the goo.
250.2 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 50.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 13.3 lb a week

I think some days it is the skipping the days at the gym and no water in the muscles that allows for a little drop- but what do I know? Either way- congrats!

It should be so easy but alas, it's not. Weight drop shows up so unexpectedly. Excellent job and the ole body needs a day's rest.

I really believe it can take longer than 24 hours for effects to accumulate. And apparently rest is crucial. The real rewards happen between the workouts, just like real life happens between meals.
