Well, after being away for while, Im back and have decided to follow WW. The WW plan I used to follow was the pts plan.....can anyone explain the difference in pts plan vs the new momentum plan?

Welcome back! I am no expert on the differences between the two plans, but I think the momentum plan primarily introduced the idea of "filling foods" to help you eat less points without feeling hungry. Anyone else have a better explanation?

I joined WW in January and have discovered that the more fresh vegetables and fruit I eat, the more satisfied I feel. The low calorie junk food can get me in trouble quick - such as the 100 calorie packs - I try to limit myself to one treat like this per day. I love the fat free fudge bars (80 cal) and I try to save room for 1 at night. Also look for the lean cuts of meat. Good luck - I think WW is the best.
