So a little more downward scale movement! 💃

152.5 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

994 kcal Fat: 40.62g | Prot: 40.79g | Carb: 87.65g.   Breakfast: Wal-Mart Fresh Pineapple, grape nuts 2 tbsp (for yogurt), Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Wasa Light Rye Crispbread, Babybel Mini Original Cheese. Dinner: Jason's Deli Tomato Slice, Kirkland Signature 100% Grass-Fed Beef Patties, Tone's Whole Basil Leaves, Del Monte Fresh Guac, La Tortilla Factory Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortillas. Snacks/Other: Reddi-wip Original Dairy Whipped Topping, Driscoll's Raspberries, Driscoll's Blueberries, Fresh Finds Veggie Straws, Michelob Ultra Pure Gold. more...
