So I fell off the low carb, and gained weight of course. I was staying at 20 net carbs a day, but I think that I'm going to not be as restrictive and hopefully a little more freedom while eating will help me stay on track. I was starting to feel so good about myself and then I succumbed to delicious food. I definitely am eating no straight starches like bread, potato, pasta etc...and I'm pretty good at not drinking sugary drinks and sticking to water, coffee and unsweetened tea. Those tricky carbs are EVERYWHERE though! I'm happy to say I'm back on track though.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
