I don't know what's up with this weight gain. I am working out and am eating pretty well. Hmmm, we'll see. I thought it was odd that I lost so much weight over the recovery week. Well, we'll see.

On a brighter note, I did my 30 day measurements, and I definitely see some losses! My pants have been fitting more loosely, but it's nice to see that confirmation! I will post the inches later when I have more time.
143.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes it's not the scale but how your clothes fit. Nothing feels better then when you put on clothes and love the way you look. Stay with it and I'm sure you will get those results you want from the scale.
