Another 4 pounds downs!!! That is a total of 10 lbs in two weeks and in the words of James Brown "I Feel Good!" I know I could not have done this without the help of all my Buddies and the encouragement you all have giving me these last two weeks...Thanks! Phase 2 has started great, but I did take a break from my walk today.

sweet! thats so cool! beware of bringing in too much stuff with phase two, it really does seem to be the downfall of a lot of people. Little things here and there, track what you've been eating so it'll be easier to know what might be the culprit if things slow down too much. If you aren't really craving the carbs, don't bother with 'em ;)

You are doing an amazing job! I agree with Jessicka about Phase 2 - if you don't truly miss carbs, don't bother adding them back. I thought I'd die without potatoes, but after Phase 1, I didn't even realize they weren't part of my meals anymore. I pretty much only added back what I need as my fiber, other than the (very) occasional cheat, when I REALLY do it! Best of luck, and keep us posted!

good job. When I lost my first 10lb mark, it was a huge milestone! Onto the next - 15lbs! Good luck with phase 2!
