Hello and Happy Thursday FS!

Down a tad! 💃 woo hoo! Had a great day yesterday with my granddaughter! 💞

Hubby’s weight loss dedication has dwindled since vacation. Although, I don’t think he needs to lose more but he hasn’t reached HIS second goal of losing an additional 8 lbs. He is pretty active with biking (he has a trike) and going to the gym. (All in all, he’s doing great since his stroke in 2017 [right side affected].) But, I’m still motivated so maybe that will help him if he chooses to lose the additional weight. Time will tell!

So, I’m hoping to reach my set goal in August! August is looming! We will see! Then I will set a new goal…not sure if that is just an edit but need to figure that out.

157.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
