Got in a run and a nice little hike yesterday. There were a lot of bugs out but I’m still glad I went. Wow that’s 4 lbs down in a week after a few weeks of stalling
136.1 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
