no matter what i do i just cant stay motivated. i have to figure out how to get back my desire to loose weight again.
215.8 lb Lost so far: 51.2 lb.    Still to go: 65.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 May 2009:
1148 kcal Fat: 29.75g | Prot: 46.00g | Carb: 178.00g.   Breakfast: multi grain cheerios, reduced fat milk great value. Lunch: nabisco snack mix, healthy ones honey ham, 2% Milk American Cheese Singles, reduced calorie light wheat. Dinner: sante fe rice and beans smart ones. Snacks/Other: 100 milano,  breyers 100 calorie yogurt. more...

You have the motivation some where inside you just have to look for it. You are doing so super AWSOME!!! YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!! look how much you have lost your goal is in view u just have to get your eyse back on the prize. Obstacles are what you see when you take your eyes off of your goal, so eyes front lol *Smile* Do it for you!! "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels"
