Up tick on the scale to end the month, doesn't make me real happy but can't say I didn't pretty much expect it. It has been a hairbrained month for me with all I have going on emotionally. I did log all my food but my %'s were not quite where I had wanted them to be. Spent some time reading my old entries to see what I was doing differently. More on that later tonight. Gonna cruise thru some journals and see how everyone is doing this morning. Food is all planned for today. Have a happy day everyone!

Hi Babs. Good idea to go back and see what you were doing before - I find with me it almost always falls back to portion control - if I do not weight and check, my portions just get bigger without me even "realising" it.

Laura - Thanks, I had to get out of snow mode as I am so done with winter as I am sure you are too! This was at the Eastern States Exposition this past fall. It was really cold and windy out, guess like I do look like I was cold!
