OK I'm done with induction. Want to make sure this isn't a crash diet.
130.7 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 20.7 lb a week

There is terrific advice in the books and at the Atkins.com website on how to transition to OWL. You don't have far to go to your goal, and you will be learning what you can, and can't add to your body for weeks, and months to come, even into maintainance. Take your time, and go SLOW! Start w/ extra veggies...and go do some reading! Good luck to you. (afterall, you do want a lifestyle change, not a 'diet' mentality, right?)

Hi, I think i spoke to soon...this week I was away on business and I did OWL pretty well but at the weekend I went right back to my old eating habbits. Since I only get home tomorrow I have no idea what damage i did. It's my Birthday today and I'm back on track! I dont want 44 to be the same as 43. I will not do induction again just go back to doing OWL fully committed! Wish me luck...
