I haven't budged any this weigh in. Considering I was traveling, I didn't have a chance to work out (I know that's a pretty lame excuse). But, I managed to eat healthy and not gain any weight :) So it's not a bad journal. But it isn't great either. Ran 1.5 mile today and did a bit of weights. I'm hopeful things will pick up this week.
