your first mistake is calling yourself names.. secondly this may sound silly but how many points are you eating? I have heard a few people say when they figured out how many calories they were eating with the points from WW it was WAY higher than when they were just calorie counting so maybe that is your problem? If you can do both why don't you log your food here for a while (even though its in calories and not points) and see exactly how many calories you are eating, it cant hurt. As for finding things to keep your mind off food, get your hands busy, take up a hobby that requires the use of your hand I know there is a user here that used to do origami, I personally don't sit down to watch TV until I am going to bed and then I lay in bed and watch an hour of TV and end up falling asleep.
