Had not weighed in for quite some time. Feeling awful but want to start the year off right. Let's do this right this time.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey there I started this year too and so far i have lost 21 pounds its been hard but i have to stay focus every time i cave in i have to remind my self why in doing this.
