Sorry for being MIA. It was beyond my control for the most part. That last storm that came through knock my electricity out for 3 days. I didn't eat much those 3 days because we had widespread power outage, and hot food within parameters of Atkins was hard to come by.

I'm happy for this recent bit of weight loss though it was probably most likely due to the storm. But I'll keep on keeping on... :)
289.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 89.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
