I'm sorta done with Atkins. I've bounced between 216.4 and 217.8 for 3 weeks. I'm not cheating. I'm on plan. I'm having my wisdom teeth pulled today, which means I can't eat. I will stick with Atkins as much as possible while my mouth heals (scrambled eggs, jello, ground beef). A friend gave me the South Beach diet book. I'm going to read (if I can) while I'm recovering. March first I may make a switch. I just don't have time to spend another month without losing. I have to be a bridesmaid in July and I want to be at my goal.
