I'm starting to feel like my weight machine might have a problem because my weight loss has been pretty consistent haha
I've been walking a lot, today I just finished walking 10,000 steps :)
I've also continued to have one cup of green tea a day and I'm also now on my 20th day of not having overeaten so I'm pretty happy at my progress.
I took pictures of myself when I was at 82.5kg and I hope that soon I can notice a physical difference as well, that's the one thing I'm hoping for now :)

being active and eating well certainly helps. love green tea.. a staple in my kitchen 🙂 not sure if it helps or not but it has health benefits and it's pretty tasty so I have it daily 🙂

I prefer it to black tea... Slow release caffeine compared to coffee or black tea I prefer the green.
