If there is no medical reason for you not to lose weight, then its most likely something you are or are not doing. You have to try different things to see what works for you. Some people are sensitive to carbs and lose better wiht lower carb. Do you track all your food honestly? Do you have too many bites, licks and tastes? Are you drinking water? Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? WHAT you eat can be as important as HOW MUCH. Are you eating too many processed foods? They contain a lot of sodium. Protein and high fiber foods help us lose fat and stay satiated better than any other food groups.
