Lots of exercise yesterday. Happy summer! Hope to get a bicycle ride in after work, trying to do light exercise on “off” days.
142.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

great day I think it's going to be another day of rain here that will put us up to around 15 in enough is enough
