Yesterday was Super Bowl Sunday any my Seahawks were playing the Bronco's. Having family and friends over to watch the game so that meant lots of food and beverages. Of course I ate way to much food and way to many carbohydrates. It was worth it though! The Hawks won the Super Bowl. Got on the scale and gained a pound. Back to 203. No regrets. Starting back on the plan with full gusto and have 11 days to reach my Mexico trip goal of 198.

Focus and make right choices.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
