Awesome, here we go :) 172 days until Disney World. Back aching almost non-existent. Funny how much benefit can be had from increasing daily physical activity or adding exercise in....
167.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
