Can you have a 4- week plateau? I feel like I should have lost 3-4 lb but the scales are not budging. I haven't eaten much due to the hot weather but no formal exercise either, just walking and being active in general. So frustrating!
153.7 lb Lost so far: 6.3 lb.    Still to go: 19.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
