I need to start journaling here EVERY DAY! It's not like I'm not on the computer anyway. I will make it a personal goal.

I have been exercising 4-6 days per week. 1 hour running per day, and just started Jillian's 30 Day Shred. My diet is going well besides some snacking...but I eat pretty darn healthy so I'm not too concerned about my diet.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

I love Jillian Michaels - I highly recommend her "banish fat boost metabolism" video. It is a great workout and hits every muscle group. :-) Good luck!
