My weight still won't budge. I am running at least 4 days a week at an hour each day. Watching what I eat and following my points. Not too sure why the plateau, but I guess I will just have to deal with it. I do look a lot tighter and I know that muscle has replaced the fat, but I just wish that the scale would give me something to celebrate. Oh well...I feel good and I guess that's all that matters.
151.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe you should change the activity? Body can get use to an activity and doesn't perform as well..

Use a tape measure to check your losses when this happens. I'm sure you'll see a difference that way rather than the scale, but I hear ya about that too. I am the same way. :op
