Pretty steady. I went for a "light skate" on Sunday night. Ankle felt pretty good. It was a little sore yesterday, and swollen, so it's definitely not 100% yet.

Onward and upward!
191.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
