Not so good this week. I eat out a lot. This week I will do much better and control what Im eating more closely. I'm feeling great and loving that I can now start to fit in close I could not before. The weather outside is showing signs of winter going and spring coming. I really want to be down the next 20lbs. by the time spring gets here...one day at a time. When my diet get away from me is when I look ahead, but I just need to take one day at a time!
148.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
