I have an appointment with the dietician today - I call her my "fat doctor." When I follow her directions, I do great. I stopped visiting her in April when I was holding at 185 lbs. I thought I could go it alone at that point, well since then I have increased my weight about 5 lbs. That isn't terribly bad, especially since I was on vacation but I need a "reset." Moving forward my FS friends, I hope you all have a great day.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have had a nutritionist for past 4 years. I have achieved my goal but use her for accountability and advice. I credit her for my success.

Skydiverjim do what works for you. I don’t eat late at night anymore and that really helped me. When I get the urge to eat a little something late, I eat Skinny Pop, for you can have quite a lot of it for a few calories. I really think that not eating late at night helped me. Good luck, we all need it! Three day holiday is coming up, yikes, will have to behave! 🙃
