It’s bad carbs. I don’t know why but I reasoned that I can have what ever I want. Nooo I can not. I can have one or two things as a special time. I can’t just go stock up the house. I’m beating myself up and I’m spinning my scale dial up and down. I need help
166.0 lb Lost so far: 40.1 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
