Lil popcorn whoosh. No mindless eating last night. Yesterday was a success in snacks too, apples. Stay the course, asshole! 😹😹😹🤦🏼‍♀️ Any psychologists out there who might explain the self inflicted sabotage?
213.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week

The only time I eat....is when I'm hungry. I don't eat w/o a good reason. The only time I did that is when my Mom was still around and able to cook, still. Her food is the only food one could keep eating even after having a proper-portion. I was known to get 2nd's & even 3rd's of her food. lol Just stay positive, have confidence, and use all of the forces to summon your will-power. (*_*)
