I have been doing pretty well. I began a challenge at my gym where I have to weigh in every week and I also did a spinning biking class today. Wowee! What a workout...need to do those crunches though! I will try harder this week.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
