1 lb in the right direction! I have decided to make Sunday my official weigh in day to stop me from overindulging on Saturdays. I still weigh myself daily to cope with the fluctuations
152.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
