Blessings...Heavenly Father, I give you thanks and praise for helping me on this journey in weight loss...My body, shoulders hurts, but the pain is due to my determined mind to work-out. No idea of my weight but I'm being told by family that it's noticeable...Smiles, my niece visited me, I was siting near my front door, as she walked towards me, she suddenly stopped, stared at me for a about a minute, she then said "Aunty Mae! you've lost weight!! and now I can see how much you and mom look alike" it did my heart good. Hallelujah!! Praise be to God

I was praying for you on Thursday and Friday and for myself, because we need the grace and strength of God to make it to our goals, I believe God for the victory! Will be lifting you up in prayer again today, what ever you are going through or feeling know that God is bigger and stronger than that. The word tells us that we overcome by the word and our testimony, so start to feed on the word which pertains to this matter and declare to the atmosphere- your self, friends and family that word and what you are trusting God for.
