Onward and upward!

I am glad to be back on my daily monitoring.  It makes me feel better to *know* what I am eating, and that makes me feel better that I am not going overboard.  The ankle is still not fully healed (week 4) but I am hopeful that I could go for a light skate next week.  I am missing the type of exercise that I LOVE to do.

Thanks to all my buddies for their continued support!

191.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
