Hello ALL!... so It was a steady week for me.

I just want to say today was day 5 that I have taken the Stairs to the 3rd floor rather than the elevator which is much quicker =)

186.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Way to go, I have found myself taking the stairs more often myself.

Did the stairs again today and our copier on our floor is broken so I have to go up or down a floor and have been using the stairs to do this also... every step counts, LITERALLY!
