eating is ok, but i just am too tired or don't have time to work out and i know it really takes both to be successful (diet + exercise) it's not magic, just consistency
175.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
