No surprise on small increase this week. It could have been worse. Hopefully I'll have better discipline this weekend. That said, it's beer o'clock in about one hour, lol.
189.7 lb Lost so far: 15.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
