Been away for a while. Don’t want to weigh in until I lose some weight. Is that bad? Time for another push to my original goal…. This is such a struggle. Stress is always the excuse.

Result of a two week vacation in Quebec. It was a wonderful road trip through Montreal, Quebec and into Charlevoix area. Beautiful scenery and I particularly liked Quebec. So clean and everyone seemed very fit and healthy. Consumed a few orders of poutine and there was happy hour with snacks everyday (I don’t drink during the week when working). Weight gain could have been worse. Got into hotel gyms when could and of course did a lot more walking than normal. Back to the healthier habits now.
