Question: I weighed myself at 5:30 Monday evening, 164, then Tuesday morning, 1:20am 158??
So which am i?
158.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

i've always been told to weigh in the morning before you have anything and that is your true weight..

Your weight fluctuates throughout the day when you eat and drink and flush things out of your system. It doesn't really matter which you go with, but you need to go with the same time of day. Usually morning is better because you haven't had anything to eat or drink so there's the best chance of being consistent.

I agree with jennie. I weigh in the morn but not everyday starting today.
