gaining 0.7 lb a week

Quick unhealthy way to lost wieght: food bourne illness. I have eatting a handful of food in the last 4 days. I have easily lost about 5-7 pounds.
I have NEVER in my life prior to Thursday had food poisoning--surprising my brother got it about a month ago and ended up in the hospital after eating bad Burger King.
I had bad Bonefish grill. I love that restaurant. Well, not anymore. The thought of what I had for dinner--which I LOOOOOVED getting makes me soooo sick now. I don't think I'll be going back for a really really long time. I just can't. Prior to Thursday, I had no idea food poisoning was so violent. I really wanted to go to the hospital and my boyfriend kept trying to tell me that it was only going to be a waste of time and money (which it was right) because they would just send me home. BUT--DAMN I WANT some magic pill to make me stop with all the spewing of things out of my body. No only was it painful--my stomach was actually in knots, it was like PMS cramps but in my stomach, I was exhausted from all the getting sick. I slept maybe an hour before I started throwing up--and didn't stop until about 3 in the afternoon.
I SWEAR--I never want to go through that again in my life---and because of that-I, once a person who loved food, is actually scared to eat anything.
Silver lining:
IM LOSING WEIGHT!

I havent be able to work out this week, do to be overwhelming jammed at work, my grandma's injury, my injuries, and being DOG TIRED!
I am going to call this my "bye week" and start next week hopefully fresh, which kiiiiinda sounds like deja vu--but I know I am going to get back because I'm definitely enjoying seeing a change--maybe no in wieght, but definitely inches. I feel not so puffy fat anymore.
And cashews, I eat a servings (which is 1/4 of a cup, I think 100calories) with some water--and I am full for awhile!

Sooo, I weigh the same! BUT-I'm not toooo upset because I have noticed I am losing inches!
I'm not working out this week, I have a few injuries as well as I am just plain tired.
Injuries: sore ankles, more the left than the right but both still sore
Updates: My grandma fell on Friday and we spent allll night in the ER plus going to check on her, etc--I AM TIRED! Sooooooo, yeah. I am just trying to get to Friday so I can sleep all weekend.

Ok, I got a lot of cool info to share so please read all, and bear with me.
1. I am losing iches, not weight. I think because of the classes I am taking I am losing inches, but gaining muscle--which is totally cool! I am cool with that.
2. Anyone have any ideas of what I can do with my hair, besides getting a dry shampoo, which i heard tresemme is THE best! But, I want to be able to wear in cute styles, right now all I do is wash it, and wear it curly because there is no reason to straighten it at all! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I use a lot of bobby pins just to try something new and funky
3. I found a list of low cal snacks:
Yogurt
Oranges
Frozen fruit bars (sugar-free_
Graham Crackers
Popcorn
Rice cakes
Apples
Grapes
Sugar Free pudding
Cereal and Carrots. I got a lot of those over the weekend, and so far so good.
4. Anyone have any suggestions for good tasting yogurt for beginner yogurt eatters? I HATE the smell/taste of it, but I know it's very good for me.
5. I am drinking the slim fast protein shakes (with fat free milk) 2 a day--DEFINITELY a good buy, especially if you are really trying to see a difference. It IS TRULY filling. The story for slim fast goes: 2 shakes a day, 3 snacks, 1 "sensible" meal.
Thanks for everyone's support, I continue to need, but I just wanted to say thank you in the meantime.
