All though i stuck to my diet and excersise i only lost 1 KG. I think i need to change my diet, may be go o nthe fruit and vegetable diet.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think you are doing fine. Three punds is a great loss for one week. You need to adjust your expectations. Some weeks you may lose a little, some a lot, and some you will stay the same or gain. It is all a part of the weight loss journey. You can do everything right and gain (for many different reasons. Plus, if you lose too fast, you end up with loose skin. Losing slower allows time for the elasticity of the skin to go back the way it was. Just eat healthy and exercise and it will come off. Great job on the loss!
