I need to get back on track. I still can't exercise (the way I normally do, anyway) until my high ankle sprain heals, but I can feel the inches coming back and I need to arrest this trend.
So time to start tracking again.
My buddies, I need you all to keep me honest and on track for a bit. The habits are slipping and that is my biggest concern! Thanks in advance!
