I need to get back on track. I still can't exercise (the way I normally do, anyway) until my high ankle sprain heals, but I can feel the inches coming back and I need to arrest this trend.

So time to start tracking again.

My buddies, I need you all to keep me honest and on track for a bit. The habits are slipping and that is my biggest concern! Thanks in advance!

Onward and upward!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it! Remind yourself to log onto FS every day (use post-its if you have to, I do!). It takes 21 days to form a habit so just keep that in mind. Once you're past that hump it will feel like second nature. We're here to support you!

@dsylikm Good to hear since my bad habits are < 21 days old! @Lisa thanks for your continuous support. I logged my food today so that's a good restart!
